Exchange & Reship Process
- Submit your request via our customer service within the 30-day return window, and provide photos or videos to prove product issues.
- After our verification, we will guide you to send the item back to our specified warehouse.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will arrange a new item exchange or free reshipment for you as requested.
- We bear all related shipping fees for exchange and reshipment services.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Situations
Returns and refunds are generally not available for:

Customs Duties & Taxes
All shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are fully covered by us and included in the order price. No additional fees will be charged to customers.
Since these fees are paid directly to third-party logistics and customs authorities, they are non-refundable in case of order cancellation or return.
